Code Of Conduct (AU)

Watt Migration’s migration agents are all registered with MARA which is responsible for administering the Code of Conduct. The Code is intended to regulate the conduct of migration agents. Watt Migration provide expert immigration advice and visa services worldwide for the temporary or permanent entry to Australia for expatriates, executives and other professionals. Registered Migration Agents are required to have a sound knowledge of migration law and procedure and are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the Migration Agent’s Code of Conduct.

Consumer Guide briefly highlights the most important elements of your relationship with your Watt Migration agent. Prior to commencing work for a new client a Registered Migration Agent is required by law to provide the client with a copy of a booklet entitled Consumer Guide. This booklet can be found online here:
