Unlock your future in Australia with tailored pathways – whether through skilled migration, employer sponsorship, or family reunion, we’ll guide you every step of the way toward long-term settlement.
Australia’s permanent residency visas (PR) give you the right to live, work, and study in Australia indefinitely, as well as access certain government services and pathways to citizenship.
There are three main pathways to PR:
- Skilled Migration – Designed for people with skills and experience that are in demand in Australia. This includes:
- Skilled Independent visa (Subclass 189) – No sponsorship required; points-tested.
- Skilled Nominated visa (Subclass 190) – Requires nomination by an Australian state or territory.
- Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186) – Requires sponsorship from an approved employer for a permanent role.
- Business Innovation & Investment visas (Subclass 888 and others) – For successful business owners or investors.
- Family Stream – For close family members of Australian citizens or permanent residents: Partner, Parent, Child, Aged Dependent, Carer, Remaining Relative, and Orphan visas.
- Special Eligibility – For specific circumstances, such as New Zealand citizens holding a Special Category visa (Subclass 444), or people who have previously been permanent residents returning to Australia under the Former Resident visa (Subclass 151).
